The Marshall Arkansas was designed to completely redefine luxury student living at University of Arkansas. The seven story light gauge steel building is located on 5.5 acres directly across the street from the entrance of University of Arkansas. The Marshall Arkansas will contain 15,000 SF of amenity spaces. Interior amenities include a two story fitness center, a resident café, a rooftop terrace, and study rooms on every floor. Exterior amenities include a resort style pool, a hot tub, fire pits, and grilling stations.
