The Marshall on 5th

Our second project in the Birmingham market will be a 7 story structure with 5 levels of residential and 2 stories of parking. The Marshall on 5th will be the premier student housing location in the Birmingham market, across the street from Bartow Arena and a block from the School of Business. The building will feature a Five-Star Amenity Space immersive clubhouse with a luxurious pool, professional-grade fitness center, sauna, collaborative study rooms, individual study pods, entertainment room, 2nd story mezzanine, and a café.
