The Pier @ Conway

Located on 11 scenic acres on the west side of Coastal Carolina University, The Pier Conway features three wood frame buildings, each with four stories and open breezeways. The Pier Conway is home to 564 students throughout 182 units. The Pier received its name due to the innovative environmental design of extending a Pier over an artificially created storm water pond in the center of the property. The complex includes a clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, and study lounges. Exterior amenities for students to enjoy include, an outdoor fitness center, a pool, a hot tub, and grilling stations.
