Brian Co-Founded Aptitude Development and oversees all preconstruction activities, construction matters, and debt. Brian’s Vast experience and expertise in every aspect of the development process is vital to Aptitude’s growth and success. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The school of Management at Syracuse University. Brian also served as President of Rosen Property Group, a third-generation family real estate business which has amassed a multi-family portfolio in excess of 5,000 units across the Northeast. Today Brian is all-in on student housing as the cofounder of Aptitude Development.
